Online Learning in University: Pros and Cons of Study

The purpose of this study was to determine the advantages and disadvantages implementing online learning in Economics Education program. research method used is a qualitative case study. students teachers were as informants Data collected using an questionnaire (google-form), observation, documents. analysis carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. findings show that at Halu Oleo University outweigh benefits. Several factors found both hindered supported success learning, including social from peers parents, completeness technology tools, well physical psychological readiness parents. So, it can be concluded universities must pay attention prepare for all needs. results have implications lecturers has complex challenges know needs, facilities, human resources, digital competence students.
